Missi Roti Mix is a traditional Indian flour blend used to prepare missi roti, a rustic and flavorful flatbread enjoyed across North India. preparation: take missi roti flour in a platter. then add luke warm water (350 ml not all) and knead with soft hands and make it for 20 minutes. rub refined oil or ghee in hands while kneading to avoid stickiness on hand. make medium size ball and make required shape of missi roti and bake it. roll into a slight thick chapatti than usual. preheat the griddle (tawa) and cook the missi roti with oil or ghee. before serving, cut into half and smear some butter on it. serve hot with pickle & curd.
