Pani Puri - also known as Golgappa - is a popular snack in northern India, Nepal, Bengal and Pakistan that is combined with various spices and sauces. The dish consists of a round, hollow dough shell made of wheat flour, which is filled with a specially prepared spicy potato-based filling and a watery sauce. A popular mix of spices for this is chat masala.
