Green raisins are particularly fruity and sweet. They come mainly from the Mediterranean, but the delicious fruits are also harvested in the Orient and Asia. Larger, seedless and light yellow raisins are called sultanas, smaller raisins are called currants. In Asia, they are often mixed in milk rice or pudding and used as a cake decoration.
